The company:
We have partnered with a family-owned organisation, and they're looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative marketer to support their rapid growth across the globe.

You will be supporting the multi-channel marketing plans, ensuring they're giving customers the best experience of the brand at every touchpoint.

The Team:
You will join an established marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing UK, working closely with international teams, creative teams, research and development teams, as well as external stakeholders.

This is a varied role where every day can look different. You could be pulling together reports, developing a new cross-channel marketing campaign, negotiating with influencers, or even meeting parents at our baby events.

Day to day:

  • Creative, organised, and curious
  • Strong strategy implementation and execution
  • Account management and delivery across all aspects of the marketing life cycle
  • Full drive on product development and driving growth
  • Marketing activation plans, social media, content creation, design, brand awareness
  • Data analysis and regular reporting
  • Have a unique tailored approach to the audience, customers, consumers, and businesses
  • Develop and nurture junior marketers, as a leader of innovation and excellence
  • Identifying new opportunities a sales/leads
