We are looking for an Executive Relations Coordinator to join our team You will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting key projects while maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the Client Relations & Account Management department, maintaining a large-scale view of projects and servicing our key accounts
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate attendance and coordinating the distribution of meeting notes and minutes with relevant team members
  • Maintain key project documents such as critical paths and decks, ensuring they are always up to date, and shared as required
  • Support the Client Relations & Account Management department and key projects, with the creation, management and reconciliation of consultancy budgets
  • Support with collation of client and project reports, including retainer contracts for relevant clients
  • Act as part of the project team for flagship projects which have a guest list and management component.
  • Conduct research as required for key projects and clients


Key Attributes:

  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail in managing project documentation and client communications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel and Keynote
  • Experience in guest management and event logistics is a plus
  • Additional languages, especially Arabic or Italian, is a plus
