The role:

The product marketing role will play a pivotal role in driving both the tactical execution and strategic direction of our product marketing efforts. This role will ensure the alignment of product marketing initiatives with overall business goals, enhance market positioning, and foster cross-departmental collaboration to achieve business success.


Responsibilities:

Strategic

  1. Product Positioning: Define and articulate the unique value proposition of our products in the market.
  2. Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates
  3. Long-Term Planning: Create and implement a strategic roadmap for product marketing that aligns with company objectives
  4. Brand Development: Strengthen the brand’s presence and reputation in the market through strategic initiatives and thought leadership.


Tactical

  1. Campaign Management: Develop, execute and optimise marketing
  2. campaigns to promote product launches and updates, and drive sales.
  3. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including
  4. case studies, ebooks, landing pages and presentations.
  5. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer
  6. needs and competitor landscape.
  7. Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyse the marketing initiative
  8. performance and adjust strategies as needed.


Product Ownership

  1. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from idea
  2. to sunset, ensuring each phase meets business and market needs.
  3. Feature Feedback: Work with product to prioritise features based on
  4. customer feedback, market research and business objectives.
  5. Product Roadmap: Work with product to develop a roadmap that aligns
  6. with our strategic goals.
  7. User Feedback: Gather and analyse user feedback.


Experience:

  1. 2+ years in a product marketing specific role
  2. Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market
  3. strategies for new product launches and updates, aligning with company
  4. objectives.
  5. Experience in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns to
  6. drive product sales and increase brand awareness.
  7. Demonstrated expertise in managing the product lifecycle from ideation
  8. to sunset, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
  9. Strong analytical skills to monitor marketing initiative performance, track
  10. lead generation metrics, and optimize conversion rates.
  11. Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM (desirable)
