• 12-Month Curriculum: Participants engage in 22 live, interactive sessions over Zoom, led by registered dietitians. These sessions cover critical topics such as nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, and emotional well-being.
• Group Support: Participants join small groups of up to 30 individuals, fostering a sense of community and mutual accountability.
• Health Tracking Tools: Each participant receives a Fitbit and wireless scale, which integrate with the Fruit Street app to track physical activity, weight loss, and other key metrics.
• Personalized Feedback: Participants can text their dietitian for tailored advice and upload meal photos for dietary feedback.
• Tailored Meal Delivery: Through our partnership with Modify Health, participants can access medically tailored meals delivered to their homes.
• Accessibility: Our program is fully reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, and many commercial health plans, making it affordable for participants from diverse backgrounds.

The Role: Chief Medical Officer

We are seeking motivated and experienced Chief Medical Officers to join our Board of Advisors. As a Board Member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization that is transforming lives and reshaping the future of healthcare. Advisors should have 2-3 hours available for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Advice our CEO and Management Team: Provide insights and recommendations on key business strategies, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance. Give advice directly to our Chief Executive Officer and management team.
• Collaborate With Other Advisors: : Participate in online discussions with fellow advisors, sharing ideas and brainstorming innovative solutions.
• Advocacy and Networking: Leverage your professional network to connect Fruit Street Health with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Mission Alignment: Champion our mission by promoting the program to health systems, employers, and provider groups.
