Accounts Payable Manager:


We are excited to be working with a group of industry leading agencies focused on providing professional services across the globe in multiple sectors.


The client are looking for an experienced Billing Manage to oversee the US-entity of their PR brand in a UK based role, reporting to the Finance Manager. With offices across UK, America and Asia, this role requires someone who can establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the globe, whilst also ensuring they can manage their time efficiently as they continue to create maximum impact and continue to grow.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing 2 junior members within the team
  • Management of the employee and business expenses process
  • Reviewing and allocating client expenses on time and accurately
  • Processing supplier invoices and raising payments
  • Ensuing bank reconciliation and cash flow reports kept up to date
  • Full responsibility of the accounts payable process and account reconciliations
  • Ensuring compliance of company payment terms policy
  • Managing supplier reconciliations to ensure payments are accurately allocated to each account
  • Dealing with the financial admin and required reports, both internally and externally
  • Dealing with queries and building relationships via telephone and email
  • Processing of credit notes
  • Responsibility to enter accurate data in line with internal and external audit rules
  • Dealing with internal colleagues to resolve invoice queries
  • Supporting the Accountants with queries during the annual financial audits and all necessary regulatory reporting.


About you:


  • At least 3-5 Years of relevant Accounts Payable work experience
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts (ideal)
  • Strong excel knowledge (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables etc)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills - ability to build rapport with clients and team members via telephone/email.
