About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in streamlining our internal processes. You will be responsible for mapping out and optimising the end-to-end workflow, encompassing claims management, reconciliation and bound business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures across claims, reconciliation, and bound business functions
  • Oversee the smooth processing and management of insurance claims
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Manage bound business activities, upholding underwriting guidelines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be willing to turn your hand to a variety of tasks


Who You Are:

  • You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the insurance industry
  • Experience in a start-up or SME environment would be desirable
  • A proven track record of creating and implementing processes and workflows
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn new things
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
