The firm acts for a variety of property developers, investment funds, corporate and retail occupiers, and private investors based in the UK, Europe and the US.


The Role:

  • Excellent opportunity to work in a busy, successful boutique firm with an excellent client base and friendly atmosphere.
  • Supporting partners and associates on residential property work.
  • Assist on residential property sales, both freehold and leasehold, and acquisitions of development land.


The Duties:

  • Handling their own caseload of residential property transactions.
  • Assisting where required with plot sales and acquisitions.
  • Residential property due diligence and reporting.
  • Assistance on development reporting matters.
  • Onboarding of new clients including risk assessment, KYC and AML duties.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced paralegal or CILEX Legal Executive.
  • Previous experience of working in an established residential property team/department in high value quality conveyancing.
  • Broad experience in the areas outlined above, including real estate finance, in particular dealing with lender enquiries for developer financing.
  • Experienced working with Orbital Witness and electronic file management case management and other standard legal software.
