Duties and responsibilities

  • Produce legal correspondence and other documents, and conduct legal research, as required and under the supervision of the legal team.
  • Review of standard NDAs / confidentiality agreements / PCGs.
  • Insurance claims management and liaising with brokers
  • Manage insurance renewal process.
  • Development of an insurance claims management procedure.
  • Real Estate: Prepare simple licence agreements and manage external legal counsel.
  • Preparation of corporate documentation and filings including board minutes and resolutions.
  • Drafting of letters.
  • Review and update of policies and procedures including Code of Conduct and associated documentation.
  • Support on transactional work / due diligence including acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.


Experience required

  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal, preferably in an infrastructure environment
  • Degree in Law or other appropriate paralegal training / apprenticeship
  • Understanding of legal principles relating to corporate law and contract law.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Project management skills
  • Professional and commercially aware
