Job Title: Clinic Team Lead – Cantourage Clinic
Location: Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Team Lead to join our passionate team. In this pivotal role, you will:
✅ Oversee daily clinic operations
✅ Manage and support a team of coordinators
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

- Lead and support the Clinic Coordinator team to ensure high performance and smooth operations.
- Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and development plans.
- Handle HR responsibilities, scheduling, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Foster a positive environment for staff and patients.
- Set and monitor KPIs for patient care, scheduling, compliance, and satisfaction.
- Align team objectives with overall clinic goals.
- Provide feedback to staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure excellent day-to-day patient interactions.
- Resolve complex patient concerns with professionalism.
- Continuously improve patient experience processes.
- Maintain adherence to CQC standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct audits and implement improvements as needed.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and supply management.
- Support in preparing reports for regulatory bodies and senior management.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years in healthcare administration, clinic coordination, or a similar role.
- 1+ year in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
