Key Responsibilities:
Managing WMS Efficiency and Warehouse Processes:
- Optimise Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiency.
- Oversee and refine warehouse processes to ensure seamless operations.
Process Optimisation & SOPs:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Create a clear blueprint for SOPs and ensure adherence to them.
KPI Monitoring and Process Establishment:
- Establish robust processes to monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly assess logistics activities, identifying issues and potential risks.
Master Data Management:
- Ensure accuracy and updates of Master Data.
- Collaborate with replenishment and stock teams for data integrity.
Supply Chain Support:
- Support end-to-end supply chain initiatives.
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to streamline operations.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
- Monitor current supply chain performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and control within the supply chain.
Logistics Service Improvements:
- Collaborate with the transport team to drive service improvements in logistics.
- Focus on reducing stock loss and ensuring cost-efficient stock movement.
KPI Monitoring for Supply Chain Team:
- Oversee relevant KPIs for all individuals within the supply chain team.
- Foster strong working relationships and communication within the team and with other departments.
Continuous Improvement Culture:
- Take a proactive role in creating a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain.
- Contribute to and drive a cultural shift across existing and incoming operational teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in stock and systems control.
- Comprehensive understanding of process optimization and SOP development.
- Strong analytical skills to assess logistics activities and identify risks.
- Excellent data management and accuracy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams within the supply chain.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and cultural development.
