Stock Control Supervisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Stock Control Supervisor to join our team at Booker Wholesale. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our valued customers can purchase the products they need when they need them.
Main Responsibilities
As a Stock Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the team complies with legal standards and company procedures at all times.
- Stocking the product range that our customers require and ensuring they are available on shelf with the correct prices.
- Taking action on causes that lead to stock loss and working with the store team to come up with solutions that will improve profitability.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Accurate and analytical skills, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and experience in supervising or managing a team.
- An excellent communicator and experience in the retail trade.
