Role Overview:
You will engage in financial consulting activities within Risk Management, Governance, and Regulatory Change, working closely with leading financial institutions, delivering innovative solutions in governance, analytics, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • You will join an experienced team in London working with diverse clients (retail banks, investment banks, custodians, central counterparties, brokers)
  • As a member of Avantage Reply UK, you will work within our teams assisting our clients in developing and/or integrating risk management solutions spanning governance, policies and processes, analytics and models, systems and data
  • As part of a team of experienced professionals, you will get hands-on experience in implementing strategic developments, enhance existing processes or implement regulatory change
  • Conduct research and analysis on upcoming regulatory topics such as Operational Resilience, BCBS 239, AI, and ESG. Prepare and contribute to reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
  • You will assist CFOs, CROs, COOs, CCOs, CDOs and their teams in enhancing the finance, risk, operations and compliance functions, respectively. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations
About The Candidate:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in financial analytics coupled with advanced Excel skills
  • An unwavering commitment to excellence, a passion for continuous learning, and a deep-seated interest in the financial sector's dynamism
  • Strong interest in Financial Regulation and Risk Management
