Introduction:

The global C&B Manager runs & supports the dedicated C&B agenda in close collaboration with the stakeholders in different regions. This role is dually acting as C&B partner for EMEA markets and global C&B project manager with key responsibilities on the implementation, and integration of our C&B strategy to help us attract and retain top talent with effectiveness and scalability. This role is located in London.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the strategic projects and initiatives
  • Contributes to the designs and improvements of C&B policies
  • Co-designs and develops different schemes of the short-term and long-term incentives
  • Drives and coordinates C&B processes like the annual compensation review cycle, benefits introduction and implementation, etc.
  • Contributes to the benefit design programs to maintain market competitiveness while in line with the company culture and C&B philosophies
  • Conducts analysis and recommends improvements to compensation and benefit practices to stakeholders to maintain competitiveness as well as enhance employee engagement in each country
  • Partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide advice and recommend solutions on compensation & benefits related issues
  • Participates in C&B related surveys, conducts market benchmarking and trend analysis




Experience:


  • Extensive experience in developing and managing regional/global C&B programs and processes, preferably in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment. Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
  • Robust understanding of market conditions across numerous countries and regions especially in the EMEA markets
  • Strong understanding of market best practices, trends and benchmark data
  • Language skill particularly advantageous (Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, European languages where we have entities)

  • Strong and proven analytical skills
  • Excellent skills in translating conceptual knowledges into practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Mandarin language skill is a plus.
  • Strong self-management capabilities in working with remote manager / teams in different countries
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • A strong team player, across a global team
