Core Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Execution: Craft and implement strategies to drive product growth, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Product Development Leadership: Guide the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with growth targets and user needs
  • Quality Assurance Focus: Oversee the quality of product releases, implementing rigorous testing protocols to ensure high standards
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to inform growth strategies and product improvements, leveraging data for informed decision-making
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive efforts towards common growth objectives

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years in growth-focused roles within tech or startup environments, with a proven track record of driving product growth and a background in product development, out of which at least 2 years in the crypto space - mandatory
  • Location: GMT -3 to +3 - mandatory
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, capable of developing and executing growth initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to dive deep into growth hacking, user research, and product optimization tasks
  • Innovative Mindset: A passion for experimenting with new growth strategies and technologies to enhance user engagement and product adoption
  • Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively across different teams within the organization
