This Fund Accountant role is perfect for a ACA qualified accountant with experience in private equity, real estate or funds industry. The highly integral role will report into the CFOO and will get the extensive exposure to the overarching business and growing the business.


The client is a Real Estate Private Equity Fund Manager which invests in small and medium sized property companies across Europe. The firm currently have c.$600m of AUM, which is on course to increase during the year. This role will hold an influential part in the success of the finance team.


Your responsibilities will include:


· Internal and external reporting (including investor reporting)

· Investor relations activities

· Review of Fund and investor performance returns calculations

· Review of IFRS and Local GAAP annual financial statements and management accounts

· Creating and updating monthly budgets and cashflows

· Preparation of financial information for internal and external Boards and Committees

· Monitoring and management of tax filings

· Assisting with operational and compliance matters


Profile:


· ACA 1-3 years' PQE qualified accountant

· Prior real estate, private equity or fund industry experience required

· Great communication skills

· Prior fund accounting/administration experience preferred

· Can-do attitude



Package:

The competitive salary ranges between £65,000k - £75,000k DOE + competitive bonus and benefits structure, with hybrid work based in Central London.
