WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Alchemy Prime is looking for an Operational Specialist to join our international team of talented individuals.

The Operational Specialist is responsible for client onboarding, support and retention, as well as managing account administration and payments.


In more detail, the Operational Specialist will be responsible to :

  1. Client Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, collect necessary documentation and set up accounts accurately and efficiently.
  2. Provide assistance and support to clients throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Manage payment transactions, including processing bank wires, electronic transfers, credit card transactions, and cryptocurrency payments. Collaborate with finance to resolve payment-related discrepancies and issues.
  4. Customer Support, handling client queries and requests via email, phone, and live chat.
  5. Monitor existing accounts.
  6. Identify and escalate issues with the relevant teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to customers at all times.
  7. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers.
  8. File management, ensuring accuracy of data.
  9. Maintain adequate knowledge of internal systems/processes, identify and control gaps.
  10. Assist the Operations team with the reporting requirements for each business area and work collaboratively with various departments to ensure ongoing reporting continues to meet business needs.
  11. Support the design, documentation and development of processes arising from new technology.
  12. Support management in the production and update of various customer service and operations procedures.
  13. Identify and escalate inquiries, such as trade issues, to the relevant department promptly.
  14. Process customer withdrawal and deposit requests.
  15. Identify and pass on potential leads to sales.

  1. At least 1-year experience within a similar role in a Brokerage Firm.
  2. Attention to detail.
