One of the leading hardware, software and managed It service providers in the UK is currently going through an exciting period of growth where they are implementing ServiceNow for both internal use and offering it as a service for their clients. They offer flexible IT solutions with world-leading security and data management for clients including the NHS, DEFRA and the MOD.


What you'll be doing


  • Taking ownership of designing, developing and maintaining new features and enhancements for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation as well as setting coding standards and module guides.
  • Putting together a testing strategy for the developed solutions and documenting test results.
  • Working closely with users to analyse and clarify feature and enhancement requirements.
  • Monitoring the performance of new features and platform enhancements.


What you'll need:


  • Familiarity with core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, Change, Incident, Problem Management, HAM, and SAM
  • Experience with: JavaScript, JSON, APIs, SSO, and Azure
  • Experience with ServiceNow architecture and development practices
  • The following certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITSM Professional Suite, Certified Implementation Specialist, and CSM Professional Certification


Desirable Certifications:

  • ITIL certification, CIS-HAM, CIS-CSM, and Application Developer Core Skills Micro-Certification Suite
