Role Overview:

As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised Salesforce applications that improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, the ability to manage a team, and a passion for driving innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and create robust, scalable solutions.
  • Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Oversee the configuration and customisation of Salesforce CRM to meet the specific needs of the logistics operations.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems and third-party applications to streamline business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong track record of leading successful Salesforce projects.
  • Expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and logistics industry challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Experience managing and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
