As we continue to grow and meet the rising demand for our services, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our marketing efforts, helping to strengthen our brand presence and position us as a leader in renewable energy and sustainability recruitment. You’ll have the opportunity to work across various marketing channels and contribute to innovative campaigns that reflect our mission and values.


Responsibilities


  • Copywriting: Create engaging content, including blogs, articles, case studies, and marketing materials to support our recruitment teams.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and the content calendar, including graphics creation and copywriting.
  • Website & CMS Management: Work with our web developer to keep the website updated and use the CMS to create new content and bespoke pages.
  • SEO Tracking: Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Console to monitor website performance and produce monthly reports on progress and areas for improvement.
  • SEO Optimisation: Write optimised content to improve our search engine rankings and track performance against keywords and competitors.
  • Email Marketing: Manage bi-weekly newsletters and various campaigns, including media partnerships and automated lead generation campaigns.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
  • Media Partnerships: Assist in establishing new partnerships and exploring opportunities for collaboration both in the UK and internationally.


Requirements

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative flair with the ability to understand briefs and deliver to deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.


Desirable

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SERP, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Copywriting experience across long and short-form content.
  • Experience in managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Previous experience working in a sales-focused environment.
  • An interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
