We are looking for a Senior Associate, Digital Product Management to join our Global Post Approval team and help deliver and execute on an exciting vision. You will drive the product roadmap forward, execute on our key priorities, optimize and expand our capabilities to new channels, markets and products to provide Card Members with instant access to their spend capabilities. This includes the unique capability to receive their Digital Card details so they can instantly start spending online and through digital wallets.

How will you make an impact in this role?
  • Help define and support execution on the Global Post-Approval product roadmap, priorities and growth opportunities
  • Support & lead the launch of new product feature sets & capabilities, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders (product teams across the Enterprise, engineering, UX design & research, analytics & local marketing)
  • Develop a keen understanding of customer experience by researching & analyzing user experience, data & analytics to identify & quantify opportunity areas
  • Translate technical specifications into business instructions & guidelines for marketing & other product partners to ensure a very high standard of documentation
  • Effective project management of features to ensure timely launches with the highest degree of quality
  • Lead the day-to-day agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, refinement, retrospectives) with the engineering & product partners to effectively deliver on the product roadmap
Minimum qualifications
  • Relevant experience required working as an Associate/Senior Associate Product Owner within a digital product software development team
  • Previous experience managing end-to-end software execution within an agile environment for digital products
  • Ability to effectively collaborate & build relationships across Enterprise levels
  • Ability to articulate business requirements into user stories & translating technical specifications into business digestible instructions & guidelines
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Highly organized, self-starter, comfortable working in white space with minimal oversight
  • Passion for problem solving and learning complex systems and processes
  • A strong communicator with a high level of accuracy, clarity and succinctness
  • An ability to work in a deadline driven environment with a fast pace & changing needs
  • Previous hands-on experience of Rally and/or JIRA tools for efficient tracking of product features, including expertise in creating and delivering user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and product-focused test scenarios
