Overview:

This role is crucial in ensuring the corporate mobility services run smoothly, providing world-class support to a global workforce. As a Mobile Management Specialist, you will work closely with Tech Operations and Support Specialists, mobile carriers to handle mobility orders, respond to employee inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.


The role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between company employees and mobile vendors, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Manage mobile device orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
  • Work directly with mobile carriers to fulfil employee requests.
  • Proactively communicate with vendors to obtain the latest lead times, updating purchase orders with any changes or delays.
  • Address vendor performance issues promptly, providing alternative solutions and making adjustments when necessary.
  • Assist in the setup and support of mobile devices, ensuring employees are fully equipped to work efficiently.
  • Provide support via Slack, email, or Zendesk Tickets, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.


You:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively both in person and over the phone.
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile device purchasing, procurement workflows, and device setup.
  • Experience working with global mobile carriers and familiarity with their operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate records and manage mobile device orders efficiently.
  • Experience in resolving customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction.
