About the Company:


Our partner is a leading online community for FTSE 350 board members and FTSE 100 executive committee members. They provide a secure platform for members to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge. Additionally, they offer access to commercial NED vacancies and equity research, as well as opportunities to engage in private video events. The platform has moved extremely rapidly in terms of taking investment, monetising and attracting corporate partners and members. It now represents almost all of the FTSE 100 index and is scaling.


About the role:


As the Community and Content Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, building relationships, and curating content for our community of members, with additional responsibilities as an Executive Assistant. Our leading partner is a dynamic organization dedicated to fostering connections and providing exclusive experiences for individuals passionate about environmental sustainability and climate action. This role requires a creative and strategic individual with a strong understanding of community management, content creation, and attention to details.


Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage

- Monitor community activity, respond to inquiries, and address member feedback or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Organize and facilitate online and offline events to foster networking and collaboration among members.

- Reviewing, prioritizing, and responding to emails.

- Organizing documents and maintaining records.

- Research and stay updated on environmental news, trends, and best practices to inform content development.

- Plan, develop and execute campaigns to promote membership, events, initiatives, and fundraising efforts.

- Answering and returning phone calls;

- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.

- Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives to support decision-making and project management.


Requirements:


- Has 2-4 years experience

- Proven experience in community management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the environmental or sustainability sector.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
