Senior Account Manager wanted in Leeds for national marketing agency network
This fantastic agency network has established itself as one of the leading names in shopper marketing, and are looking for an Senior Account Manager to join the team and activate shopper campaigns for leading brands and retailers.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 4 years' experience in client services, agency-side, ideally in shopper, partnerships, or promotional marketing. Candidates with wider marketing agency or retail marketing experience are also welcome to apply
- Be a confident presence with your clients, who will primarily be big-name retail brands, offering a consultative approach to fully explain what the agency can deliver, to ensure the client's growth and success
- Ideally have line management experience, as you will be required to lead junior colleagues, perform appraisals and 1-2-1s, and play a role in their development and progression
- Be equally strategic and commercially-minded, and focused on driving organic growth of your accounts, working collaboratively with various teams across the agency
- Be confident, good with numbers, cool under pressure, and a great communicator, both verbal and written
