Senior Account Handler

As a Senior Account Handler in the project area your role will involve working closely with the Head of Bureau credit control on elements outside of the Lloyds Premium Credit Control Shared Service. This will revolve around client specific projects or services that we provide to our clients as well as supporting the shared service.
The role will evolve overtime to meet the needs of the business as we react to our clients’ requirements.
While part of a bigger team and working well with others this role will be independent and autonomous requiring the holder to be able to convert directions into actions and outcomes.
Communication and organisation are key as there will be multiple projects undertaken simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
- Legacy premium credit controlStatementing brokers, reviewing and recording responses, broker meetings, premium review, client meetings and reporting.
- Notice of cancellation support processRequesting and reviewing data extract, creating client reporting, contacting brokers, discussing and resolving potential issues
- ReportingAssisting the Head of Bureau credit control and Team manager with internal and external reporting – such as escalations
- Quality ControlReviewing work completed by the team and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities
- Premium Variance ReviewInvestigating differences in balances and contacting clients or broker where relevant and updating status in the internal system
