Job description
As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel's premium casual dining restaurant and bar, offering an amazing dining experience within the hotels beautiful restaurant & terrace. The restaurant & bar is open from breakfast to dinner, including afternoon tea and early evening cocktails.

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for driving the standards and developing your team to deliver exceptional service and experiences to all their guests.

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will focus on stock control and achieving GP, ensuring compliance and procedures are adhered to, day to day operations management, staff recruitment, training and development and overall quality control. You will have experience gained from a premium casual dining / quality hotel background.

This is a great opportunity for an established Restaurant & Bar Manager looking to continue to progress and develop their career within a top rated, luxury hospitality operation.

Required Skills:

  • Previous operational experience within a similar sized premium operation f
  • Superb knowledge of quality food & drink
  • Up to date with current trends and holds Industry related qualifications.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams whilst continually training & developing.
  • Thrive under pressure in an unpredictable environment.
  • Hands-on approach with a passion for service and the highest attention to detail
  • Pro-active and good at problem-solving, with the ability to manage staff ratios and deliver consistent standards.
