Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing internal projects and project workstreams, ensuring they align with established Project Management (PM) standards, business requirements, and the scope of the Lincoln Site Transformation project. This role demands a highly skilled and seasoned project management professional, adept at overseeing complex projects within the context of a large organizational restructuring.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage internal projects and workstreams, ensuring adherence to PM standards and project scope.
  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business requirements and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management and stakeholders.


Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • Certification in project management methodologies such as Prince 2 or an equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Proven track record as an experienced project management professional with a strong background in managing large-scale transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience in implementing restructuring facilities/sites/factories within construction, warehousing.
  • Ability to lead project teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, analyse complex situations, and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments.
