Health & Safety Trainer

Allen & York are working with an integrated services organisation who are prominent across the UK working with a range of companies in sectors such as manufacturing, automotive and engineering. The company have shown continuous growth and improvement and are now in the position to recruit a Health & Safety Trainer/Adviser.
Reporting to the Director of Health & Safety the role will provide support to the continuous development of the safety culture across the business, working with key stakeholders such as Operations Managers, Site Managers, Site Staff and Directors.
The role will provide relevant training across the business to ensure that standards and processes are met and exceeded as well supporting and promoting a positive safety culture across the business. This role will include both planned and ad hoc coaching in the field to help understand the business and behaviours of staff.
Candidates will be NEBOSH qualified and have experience of delivering training with the ability to build rapport with staff and clients on client sites alike. It would be preferable for candidates to have a background in an industrial environment such as manufacturing, waste, construction or engineering.
The role is a UK wide role so a central midlands location is ideal but other locations will be considered. Home based with travel for a 40%/60% split.
