Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role as a Barista at Urban Grind artisan cafe located in London. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different types of coffee and brewing methods, ensuring a high-quality coffee experience for our customers.

Qualifications


  • Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to create latte art
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and a passion for coffee
