We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our clients team who are a respected Utilities company. The ideal candidate will possess strong general BA skills and have a keen interest in gaining exposure to UK Regulated Utility or OT Security domains. Experience with projects involving the deployment of equipment to remote and distributed systems, particularly in telecoms-related assets, would be highly advantageous.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.



Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong general BA skills.
  • Experience in UK Regulated Utility or OT Security domains is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telecoms-related assets and projects involving remote and distributed systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other BA tools/software.
