Job title: Senior/Principal Safety Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Location: Epsom, Manchester or Bristol
Hours of work: Up to 40 hours per week
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Able to obtain BPSS Clearance
- Safety Engineering experience
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to work alongside multi discipline teams
- Good stakeholder management skills
Role information:
- Lead a team to produce hazard assessments and authoring complex safety cases
- Support the critical decision-making in design, operation and decommissioning
- Deliver technical presentations when required
- Work alongside multi discipline teams
- Assist in obtaining nuclear site licenses
- Address and solve technically complex problems and present the solutions to stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members
