Our client is an international property development firm that specialises in high end, luxury apartments. They are recruiting on a temporary basis initially, (for around 6 months) for an experienced customer services coordinator, ideally from the construction or real estate sector to work in one of their London developments, acting as a key point of contact for customer queries.
You will provide aftercare for purchasers of new build homes within the warranty period. As a main point of contact for customers, you will offer guidance and assistance to matters raised to identify and understand the scope of problems and follow remedial works through to completion within specified timescales.
Duties will include:
- Logging defects and keeping data system up to date at all times.
- Follow up outstanding remedial works and take appropriate action to ensure works are completed within specified timeframes.
- Carry out all necessary calls in relation to the customer journey, maintaining a strong communication path with the customer
- Issue instructions to sub-contractor and chase as appropriate to ensure target dates are met.
- Organise the Customer Care Operatives daily diary, including coordinating works.
- • Issue contra-charge notices to sub-contractors
- Assist the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day business and customer requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this sector and will be happy to commit to ongoing temporary assignment through Love Success, with a view to a permanent hire after 6 months. This is a fully office based role.
Salary is dependent on experience.
