Job Description

Due to growth across Publicis Media, we're looking for experienced Account Managers and Planning Managers to join our teams across Starcom, Spark Foundry and Zenith UK

We’re in a period of huge growth, so there’s never been a better time to join us.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with the clients and working collaboratively with Investment, Performance and digital operations teams to deliver high quality, timely responses to briefs from the client. You’ll look for proactive media opportunities and deliver best in class campaigns across your brands, and across a variety of platforms.

Your responsibilities will vary, but will look similar to the below:

  • Campaign Management: Lead the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure timely and proactive client management.
  • Client Relations: Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients, maintaining high standards of client service.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Strategist & Planning Director on annual responses and lead smaller responses to client briefs, delivering outstanding work.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive culture within your team and support the development of junior team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with partner agencies and suppliers, fostering positive relationships.
  • Innovation and Growth: Influence and drive impactful initiatives, leveraging strong test-and-learn frameworks to keep clients at the forefront of the evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

The successful candidates will have an insatiable curiosity and enthusiasm for media planning and communications and will have worked across campaigns across both online and offline media. You’ll have a good understanding and knowledge of planning processes, digital channels and how they can work alongside each other, and will have the ability to work within and contribute to an integrated agency team across media and data. You’ll be incredibly proactive, spotting opportunities before anyone else and ensuring the best opportunities for the client.

We’re looking for someone who’s a confident communicator, willing to actively participate in client meetings, delivering presentations when required, but also playing an active role in the internal team as well.
