UK, UK, United Kingdom Hyperaktiv Full time

Salary range:

£28k-35k based on experience

About Us

We’re Hyperaktiv. A software that empowers your SaaS go-to-market team to unlock the power of their user data. We bridge the gap between data and actionable insights, so you can finally understand your users and drive real results.

We help SaaS companies improve user conversion & retention.

Besides being VC-backed, we're supported by high-profile advisors who are actively involved in the business activities. We're a remote-first startup with HQ in Berlin, Germany.

About the Product

Our product consists of 2 parts: a segmentation engine and a recommendation engine. The segmentation engine processes all user-tracked data, cleans it, standardizes it and evaluates each user based on their behavior and profile. The recommendation engine then gives tailored recommendations, for each user subsegment, on how the SaaS company can improve their desired goal.

The processed data comes from product tracking tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, etc.) and 3rd party data enrichment with profile data from LinkedIn, Twitch, YouTube, GitHub, etc.

About You

For us, the utmost priority is your mindset and approach. We would be curious to hear how you handle challenges, pressure, mistakes and what is your drive. Your main responsibilities are planning, content creation, content repurposing, and SEO. It is expected that a significant amount of prototyping and experimenting will be involved in your work.

Scope:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and targeting
  • Develop high-quality written and video content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels

  • Create personalized content assets and messaging to support Account Based Marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
  • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and user engagement, to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Your profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different audiences
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation in content marketing
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, additional language is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
  • Based in the UK
  • Preferred - Previous entrepreneurial experience or side projects/initiatives/volunteering activities
  • Preferred - Experience with SEO & CMS tools
