Inventory/Sap Data Management and Control

  • Verification and Analysis of stock losses and gains in SAP.
  • Dispatching Outbound Bulk Shipment Stocks.
  • Dispatch Lubmarine, weight tickets conversion from kgs to litres.
  • Manage VL06 Stuck delivery reports / Pump offs / bulk & pack deliveries.
  • Management and control of Bulk/Pack returns process.
  • Mass balance bulk weighbridge ticket analysis.
  • Management and Control of Stocks - Damages/discrepancies/Miss-picks


Logistics

  • Management and Control of outbound delivery routing plans, in conjunction with logistics partner.
  • Responsible for management of bulk outbound vehicle utilization in conjunction with logistics partner & Customer Services.
  • Carry out, Spot Safety Logistics vehicle inspections.
  • PATROM compliance and reporting.
  • Collate information for monthly KPI reporting including haulier performance. Analysis of costs and SLA's
  • Responsible for ANR process
  • Inbound haulier performance monitoring using booking in sheet.
  • Delivery performance analysis - For all Suppliers and 3 rd Party Logistics providers inc Pump off sites.


Financial Control

  • Process SAP receipts for all logistics service purchase order and maintain logistic costs log.
  • Control, report and reduce demurrage. Identify trends, analyse and eliminate.
  • Utilisation analysis and cost efficiency of Bulk and Pack logistic flows.
  • Prepare annual data for framework orders.
  • Analysis GRIR reporting


Other

  • Management of all Customs Documentation and flows within the Supply Chain Department
  • Assist with SMS Audits for logistic suppliers.
  • Maintaining Logistic KPI Data and reporting
  • Assist Supply Chain Services Manager with Logistics Complaints/Near Miss Resolution.


Experience Required

  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Logistics and Procurement processes is essential.
  • Experienced in preparing customs documentation for import and export
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and highly organised.
  • High level of attention to detail, accurate analytical skills.
  • Strong degree of PC literacy, especially MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills required .
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of business.
  • Predominantly Monday to Friday, however, must be willing to work extra hours where necessary.
