About the Role


As the Office and IT Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our London office while providing essential support to our team. You will assist with IT, operations and recruitment activities and offer support to the wider team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in operations and IT, who is also adept at handling recruitment and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities


  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organised, efficient, and safe working environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • IT Support: Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot IT issues, manage software and hardware installations, and ensure the security and integrity of company data.
  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Team Assistance: Offer administrative support to the team, onboarding new employees, including managing calendars, organising meetings, preparing and filing documents, and handling mail and external visitors.


Experience and Qualifications


  • Proven experience in office management and IT support roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
