You will be responsible for spreading the story and the vision of the company. You will combine creativity with an analytical mindset to bring growth to the next level, particularly with enterprise level customers.

Focus / Ownership
Ensure achievement of pipeline targets and revenue goals.
Build and execute the marketing strategy end to end.
Identify and execute across the right traction channels for company goals.
Gather customer insights and translate them into actions.
Assist in transitioning from SME to Mid-Market, impacting both brand perception and sales enablement.
Position the company as a category leader.
Own messaging and positioning
Enable sales and inform product development.

Requirements
B2B SaaS experience.
Experience in high growth at top tier VC backed companies.
Experience in highly competitive categories.
Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
Experience marketing to executives (top down) versus individual contributors (bottoms up).
Experience marketing in the $50k-$100k ACV range.
Strong appreciation for design and product craftsmanship.
Proven track-record in building high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams.
Focus on product and product marketing over performance / paid channels.
Strong commercial acumen, working with sales, and KPI-driven.
Ability to move quickly and set a high pace for the team.
Strong relationship-building skills.
