Job Overview:As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering prestigious residential construction projects across Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, high-specification projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will take charge of all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning through to completion, and work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Define, plan, and manage the scope, goals, and deliverables of high-end residential projectsDevelop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocationLead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultantsMaintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfactionProactively identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budgetEnsure compliance with health and safety, quality control, and legal standardsPrepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clientsMentor and support the development of junior project staff within the companyQualifications & Experience:At least 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on high-end residential constructionProven experience in managing projects valued between £5M and £15MStrong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of construction projectsExcellent leadership, organisational, and communication skillsProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project, Asta Powerproject)PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageousSMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification (preferred)What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageCompany vehicle or car allowanceFlexible working options, with a focus on work-life balanceOpportunities for career progression within a respected and growing companyA collaborative, forward-thinking team environment
