A growing Microsoft-focused digital consultancy is looking for a Senior Delivery/Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who's as comfortable managing complex technical projects as they are engaging with customers and delivery teams. Due to the nature of the role, a background in software development is a must

Role: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum

Location: Guildford – Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of software and digital transformation projects in an Agile environment
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical resources across multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions
  • Engage directly with clients to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Support and coach junior team members, promoting Agile best practices across delivery teams
  • Contribute to solution design, estimation, and bid responses for new business opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery frameworks

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Delivery Manager
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
  • Hands-on experience delivering Agile software development projects
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience producing project estimates, proposals, and tender responses
  • A methodical and delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
