In this role, you will:• Lead and manage projects - Oversee security systems projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery• Coordinate project execution - Manage planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electronic security solutions• Ensure performance and communication - Handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining strong communication across teams and stakeholders What You'll DoIn addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:• Lead and manage all phases of electronic security systems projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out.• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, technicians, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems such as CCTV, access control, and integrated solutions.• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.• Develop and maintain project documentation, including detailed plans, reports, system configurations, and change controls.• Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring quality control and adherence to technical specifications.• Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain service delivery standards.• Support sales and pre-sales activities, pursue ongoing professional development, and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
