We are looking for a Transformation Project Manager (TPM) to join the Frontier team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a homebased role but there is a requirement to travel to our Witham St Hughs office in Lincolnshire on a weekly basis.You will manage projects whilst helping deliver strategic change initiatives that support Frontier's long-term goals. The role will help deliver new governance, stakeholder engagement, and change management practices alongside project management objectives.This specific role will support the implementation of a new finance system. The Transformation Project Manager will work closely with both the Technology team, Product function and specialist business teams to plan the rollout, develop training plans, and manage communications.
