Your CareerAs a Portfolio Manager at MHR, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role, combining hands-on project delivery with strategic oversight and team development. You'll manage high-profile HR and Payroll systems projects while also supporting the growth of our Project Managers through mentoring, coaching, and quality assurance. This role offers the opportunity to influence the direction of project delivery, contribute to commercial success, and champion best practices across the business. You'll also step in to lead projects during times of increased demand or absence, ensuring consistent excellence throughout the project lifecycle.Your TeamReporting to the Head of Project Management, you'll be a senior figure within a high-performing, collaborative team. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Sales, and the PMO to ensure efficient resource allocation, consistent delivery standards, and strong commercial alignment. You'll regularly review team performance against KPIs, support pre-sales activity by advising on commercial contracts, and lead by example in upholding project governance. Your proactive engagement and line management will ensure that team utilisation remains high and that standards of delivery are consistently met or exceeded.Your ImpactYour influence will be felt across the entire project portfolio.
