The Role: A Sales Career in Recruitment This is not an HR role, it is a sales-focused career path, where you'll be expected to hunt new business, negotiate deals, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Business Development - Prospect, pitch, and close deals with clients needing top-tier talent. Candidate Sourcing - Use sales techniques to attract and place freelance professionals. Relationship Building - Manage client accounts via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings. Target-Driven Performance - Hit daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
