WEECAP transforme le secteur du cajou en Afrique de l'Ouest en alignant inclusion et compétitivité pour répondre à la demande mondiale, attirer des investissements et ouvrir des opportunités économiques pour les jeunes femmes et hommes.WEECAP s'attaque aux goulets d'étranglement du secteur en connectant fournisseurs et acheteurs stratégiques, en structurant des chaînes de valeur résilientes et en mobilisant des solutions financières ciblées. La personne retenue veillera à ce que les activités d'achat soient conformes aux politiques et aux standards de l'entreprise, tout en recherchant des produits de qualité à des prix compétitifs. Ce rôle implique la gestion des fournisseurs, la négociation et le maintien de niveaux d'inventaire optimaux pour soutenir les opérations de l'entreprise.RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES :Sourcing et approvisionnement de biens, travaux et services conformément aux politiques et procédures de Winrock International et Mastercard FoundationVeiller à ce que le personnel comprenne les politiques et procédures et collaborer à la préparation d'un plan d'approvisionnement consolidé afin d'assurer la fourniture en temps voulu des biens et services.Préparation des documents d'appel d'offres, émission de bons de commande et demandes de renseignements sur les biens, travaux et services en liaison avec les projets utilisateurs et entreprendre le processus d'appel d'offres approprié.Identifier évaluer les fournisseurs potentiels et négocier les prix, la livraison et les services après-vente avec les fournisseursMaintenir des relations avec les fournisseurs et suivre leur performanceTenir à jour les contrats des fournisseurs et les listes de contacts de la liste des fournisseurs présélectionnés approuvés en s'assurant qu'ils répondent aux exigences minimales pour figurer sur la liste des fournisseursTenue à jour de dossiers/documents d'approvisionnement solides et préparation de rapports sur l'état d'avancement des achats, y compris l'accélération des commandes pour assurer la livraison et le traitement des paiements en temps voulu.Aider au dédouanement des expéditions auprès des douanes ou de tout autre organisme gouvernemental, en collaboration avec le personnel approprié.S'assurer que tout le matériel de bureau est enregistré dans l'inventaire dès sa livraison au bureau. The selected candidate will ensure that purchasing activities comply with company policies and standards, while seeking quality products at competitive prices. This role involves supplier management, negotiation, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support company operations.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Source and procure goods, works, and services in compliance with Winrock International and Mastercard Foundation policies and proceduresEnsure staff understand policies and procedures and collaborate to prepare a consolidated procurement plan to ensure the timely provision of goods and servicesPrepare bidding documents, issue purchase orders and requests for quotations for goods, works, and services in coordination with project staff, and undertake the appropriate tendering processIdentify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate prices, delivery, and after-sales services with suppliersMaintain relationships with suppliers and monitor their performanceKeep supplier contracts and the approved prequalified supplier contact lists up to date, ensuring they meet the minimum requirements to remain on the listMaintain sound procurement records/documents and prepare reports on the status of purchases, including expediting orders to ensure timely delivery and processing of paymentsAssist with customs clearance of shipments through customs or other government agencies, in collaboration with relevant staffEnsure that all office equipment is recorded in the inventory upon delivery to the office.
