You'll learn from experienced site managers and gain hands-on experience in supervising construction activities, managing teams, and driving project success.About the TeamYou'll join Microsoft's Datacenter Construction team, working with professionals dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and sustainable infrastructure. The team fosters a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous learning, supporting apprentices to grow into future site leaders.This is a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship, combining on-the-job learning with university study. You'll earn while you learn, gain a recognised degree, and build a career in a future-proof industry.
