You'll balance delivery pace with risk management, budget control, and vendor performance-while maintaining a sharp focus on stakeholder satisfaction and seamless operational adoption.Reporting into the Head of Store Technology, you'll hold significant decision-making authority across delivery planning, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful change, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be Getting Up To:You'll lead the delivery of store technology projects-like POS, payments, and replenishment-making sure they're on time, on budget, and meet quality standards. From defining clear requirements to coordinating training and pilot rollouts, you'll ensure stores are ready for change. You'll manage vendors, oversee change approvals, and keep deployments smooth and disruption-free. With a sharp eye on risks and strong stakeholder engagement, you'll help drive seamless tech adoption across our retail estate.
