JOB DESCRIPTIONWood is looking to hire Mechanical Fitters for Lindsey Oil Refinery, Immingham. Are you a mechanical fitter, local to Immingham, looking an oppertunity to work for a reputable client in the Humberside Area who offer work on a 9 day fortnight? If so this job maybe the role for youKey aims and objectives To perform all required discipline tasks, safely, consistently and in accordance with project requirements, procedures and specifications To deliver a high quality, consistent and competent plating construction service in accordance with project / company requirements, standards and procedures. To support overall delivery of company goals and schedule. To ensure all that all work scope is completed in a safe manner ensuring no detrimental impact to personnel, fabric or environment. RESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities Read, understand and implement all applicable company / project policies, working practices and procedures, ensuring at all times that the plating/structural work scope is completed safely and to a high standard Follow the schedule communicated by the supervisor Complete all workscope in accordance with applicable workpack / jobcard instructions, associated procedures and drawings / sketches Provide support to other trades/disciplines where required, or form part of an integrated multi-discipline team Apply for relevant permits to work (PTW) in order to complete workscope in a controlled and safe manner Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to complete workscope in a safe and controlled manner QUALIFICATIONSRequired QualificationsNVQ Level 3 or equivalentCCNSG Safety passportWood mandatory training, induction, risk awareness, etcMJI10 or TMJI10ABOUT USWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
