What you'll be doing:Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.Driving sales performance and achieving store revenue, budget, and profit targets.Analysing performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and maximise opportunities.Winning new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting upsell opportunities.Ensuring the branch runs efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and presentation.Acting as a key holder with on-call and alarm responsibilities.Supporting operational processes to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.What we're looking for:Experience in a customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality environment.Management or supervisory experience.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.Commercial awareness and confidence using Microsoft Office.Flexibility to work a rota covering weekdays and weekends.Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred).Someone proactive, professional, and ready to take ownership of branch performance.Fantastic package on offer including a competitive annual salary, commission, and employee discountsIf this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please register with us and we will let you know of any suitable opportunities that become available.Conduco Resourcing is committed to supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and will do everything we can to ensure that our candidates are presented with equal opportunities.
