I am currently look for a Branch Manager for a well-established Independent Estate Agent in Patchway Salary - basic between £27,000 - £30,000 (OTE £41,000 - £44,000) Very realistic OTE Hours Monday-Friday 8:45am - 6pm & one in three Saturdays 9am - 4pm (day off the following week) You will also get a car allowance You will work in a fast-paced branch in an expanding location with plenty of opportunities. The branch deals with both sales and lettings, so some experience in both would be ideal, however there is a lettings manager covering that branch so lettings experienceis not so essential. As the branch manager, you will need to run a profitable and well organised office providing an effective, efficient and professional estate agency service to customers. Leading by example and delegating tasks with the aim to exceed standards of performanceand targets set. Optimising every opportunity to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, sales, mortgage and conveyancing introductions. You'll need to inspire your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need toflourish in their career Duties as the Branch Manager will be " Overall responsibility for the day to day running of the office/business " Maintain and grow the current business levels " Prepare and uphold annual budgets " Support, coach and train your team " Undertake sales valuations and occasionally rental valuations " Effectively manage the sales pipeline " Support the company's management team and other branches when and if required " Understand fully your local market and competition To be successful for the Branch Manager role you should ideally " Have experience as a Branch Manager or an Assistant Manager or if you are a Senior Neg who is looking to take on your first branch " A team player with excellent organisational skills " People Management skills If you are interested in the Branch Manager role then please click Apply
