We're looking for a Data Solutions Partner to join our Chief Data Office team, working closely with Client Service Operations to shape and deliver impactful data solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how data enables growth, innovation and compliance across our business.What you'll be doing:Partnering with client service operations teams to understand business goals and prioritising data-related initiativesCollaborating across Business Change, Technology, and Operations to shape end-to-end solution designsBalancing strategic and tactical approaches to suit varied business scenariosDesigning scalable, repeatable and sustainable data solutions with Data Operations and Market Place teamsProducing analysis artefacts including user stories, data flows and service design diagramsCoordinating with delivery teams to estimate time and cost for new data solutionsInvestigating data issues and enabling root cause analysis with stakeholdersSupporting the implementation of data controls and driving adoption of core data capabilitiesQualificationsWho we're looking for:Experience delivering data projects within the Asset Management industryStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solvingProven ability to design and communicate data services and operating modelsCollaborative mindset with experience working across multi-disciplinary teamsKnowledge of data governance, data quality and performance attributionAbility to manage diverse stakeholders and build productive relationshipsExcellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling data storiesA proactive, resilient and delivery-focused approach to workWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
