With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.We are looking for an experienced Contracts & Cost Administrator to join our rapidly growing Data Centre team. You will play a key role in leading the delivery of one of our large Data Centre construction projects in Milan Italy.The successful candidate will be based either 100% in country, or there will be significant international travel to Milan on (50/50 rotation - 1 week in country/ 1 week home/office).Role accountabilities:Management of the entirety of the Building ContractsVisit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the Contractor and other contractors undertaking the projectProvide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etcAdvise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only) Discuss the adjusted contract sum (final account) with the Contractor. Agree with client the authorisation to the adjusted contract sumManage and track the closeout of claims in collaboration with the project team. Analyse and report on the Contractor's losses and expenses claimsAdvise on the Contractor's entitlement to extensions of time in collaboration with project team. Analyse the Contractor's application(s) for extensions of timePrepare documentation and/or provide advice to support proceedings: adjudication, mediation, arbitration, litigation, RFP, final Contract, Exhibits finalization, interim payment certification, etcOverview document management in order store all relevant correspondence and Documents, and which is to be accessed by all stakeholdersReporting activity related to role and discipline Weekly/monthly meeting attendanceVisit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the main Contractor and other sub contractors undertaking the projectQualifications & Experience:First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life.
